NC State did make a new offer to the 2023 class. Running back Malcolm Brown from Warner Robins (Ga.) High is the latest name to the board.

Pack basketball also received good news from Rivals150 guard Daniel Skillings from Philadelphia (Pa.) Roman Catholic, but it may get tough news from fellow four-star backcourt performer Donald Hand Jr. of Virginia Beach (Va.) Landstown High.

Both Hand and football recruiting target Wesley Grimes from Raleigh Millbrook, a three-star receiver, are announcing decisions Tuesday.
