CHARLOTTE — NC State has had a textbook recruitment of Durham (N.C.) Jordan High junior defensive lineman Noah Clark.

THE 6-foot-3, 320-plus pound Clark amassed 42 scholarship offers during the process, but narrowed his list to taking official visits to the various regional colleges, plus Notre Dame. He’ll kick-star the official visit process this weekend at Virginia, where his mother played field hockey.
