NC State picked for fourth place

The NC State football team was picked to finish fourth in the Atlantic Division by the ACC media Monday.

The Wolfpack received 658 points, trailing first place and projected league champion Florida State (1,108). Clemson was second and Louisville third.

NC State senior H-back Jaylen Samuels picked up seven votes in the preseason ACC Player of the Year voting. Louisville junior quarterback Lamar Jackson, the reigning Heisman Trophy, was tabbed the preseason player of the year.
