Measurables: At the Shrine Bowl combine in April was 6-foot-3.5, 262 pounds … Ran 40-yard dashes of 5.46 and 5.49 seconds … Ran the shuttle in 4.78 seconds … Had vertical jumps of 26.5 and 26.3 inches … Did 15 bench press reps at 185 pounds.
Accomplishments: Selected to the Wilson Daily-Times all-area team and named to its Ironman Unit squad … Made 57 tackles and six sacks as a starter on defense … Had 17 pancake blocks as a reserve lineman … As a junior made 43 tackles and eight sacks … Recruited to play offensive line at NC State … Rated by Rivals.com as a two-star prospect.
