Cornelius (N.C.) Hough junior outside linebacker James Nesta came out with his top eight schools Monday.

The 6-foot-5, 205-pounder, who is also a pitcher in baseball, listed NC State, Duke, Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and West Virginia. He trimmed Vanderbilt, Wake Forest and Boston College, among his 15 offers.
