Columbia (S.C.) River Ridge junior cornerback Jordyn Best has seen some recruiting doors open not just for he’s played on the football field, but his impressive track and field marks.

Best was offered by NC State safeties and nickels coach Charlton Warren on April 3. The Wolfpack were able to bring him for an unofficial visit this past spring.

Best said he is getting recruited with the flexibility of playing either cornerback or nickel.
