ROCK HILL, S.C. — Charlotte (N.C.) Northside Christian junior wing Wesley Tubbs III has enjoyed the relationship he has built with NC State.

The 6-foot-7, 170-pound Tubbs attended the big Clemson at NC State football game Sept. 25, and was offered that day by Wolfpack basketball coach Kevin Keatts. He said the relationship had started well prior to the offer.
