NC State wide receiver Jonathan Paylor committed Aug. 4, 2023, and never wavered before signing day.
Paylor said Nebraska came in late, and South Carolina and North Carolina kept trying. Paylor looks forward to learning and playing with NCSU freshman wide receiver Kevin Concepcion.
Paylor was selected to play in the Under Armour Next All-American Game on Wednesday in Orlando.
