NC State senior tight end Trent Pennix has battled back from injuries and his hard work paid off Saturday.
Pennix caught a 17-yard touchdown from freshman wide receiver Kevin Concepcion off a trick play as part of the Wolfpack’s 35-28 win over Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Va. Pennix finished with two catches for 21 yards.
