The NC State basketball team smoked William & Mary 85-64 on Tuesday night to improve to 7-1 overall.
NC State coach Kevin Keatts discussed changing up his lineup, not getting the chance to play in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge this week, and the start of ACC play on Friday with Pittsburgh coming to town.
