That was the case when NC State coach Kevin Keatts offered Beaumont (Texas) United High standout Wesley Yates III on Monday. Yates had played with Livon-Fleur De Lis in the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League in North Augusta, S.C., during the last July evaluation period.
