CHAPEL HILL — Sophomore power forward Sadiq White Jr. saved some of his best basketball for when his team needed it most in the NCHSAA 4A state title game.

White erupted with several big dunks in the second half to finish with 15 points and seven rebounds to help Charlotte (N.C.) Myers Park pull away for a 74-60 win over Rockingham (N.C.) Richmond Senior at the Dean E. Smith Center at UNC.
