Duncan (S.C.) Byrnes receiver Chavis Dawkins is expected to announce his decision Saturday, and the Pack is among his favorites. He officially visited NC State last fall. In December, he caught six passes for 62 yards and a pair of touchdowns during the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas All-Star Game in Spartanburg, S.C.
