Report: Charges dropped against George Bryan

WTVD, Raleigh's ABC affiliate, reported Thursday afternoon that drug charges against NC State redshirt junior tight end George Bryan have been dropped by the Wake County district attorney office.
Charges against senior offensive tackle Jake Vermiglio and redshirt junior defensive tackles Markus Kuhn and J.R. Sweezy had been dismissed by a judge who determined officers had illegally searched the players' apartment.
Bryan started at tight end against Western Carolina, catching three passes for 23 yards and a touchdown. He was a preseason first-team All-ACC choice after earning first-team all-conference honors in 2009. Bryan caught 40 passes for 560 yards and six touchdowns as a sophomore.
