NC State is hosting its first official visitor of the fall in football recruiting when three-star linebacker Devon Betty from powerful St. Thomas Aquinas High in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., makes the trip to watch NC State host Western Carolina Saturday, among other things.

USA Today rated St. Thomas Aquinas as the No. 1 team in the country in its preseason high school rankings.
