NC State gave Clayton (N.C.) High sophomore cornerback Akedran Crumel one of its first offers in the class of 2027.

NC State offered Crumel on May 16, 2024, and he’s been a steady unofficial visitor ever since. It also helps that NC State is pursuing his junior teammates such as quarterback Aiden Smalls and defensive end Keshawn Stancil.
