NC State has enjoyed the reliable long snapping of Tyler Griffiths over the past two seasons, but Griffiths will be a junior this fall and the Wolfpack coaching staff has wasted little time planning his replacement.

The Pack offered long snapper Drew Little from North Stanly High School in New London, N.C., in June, and the class of 2019 product committed to NC State on Wednesday afternoon. Little confirmed the news to The Wolfpacker via text message.

Rubio Long Snapping has rated Little (5-foot-11, 220 pounds) five stars and the No. 3 long snapper nationally in the 2019 class. He will be a freshman the fall after Griffiths graduates.

Little is NC State's first verbal commitment in the 2019 class. In addition to camping at NCSU in June, Little also was at the Alpha Wolf Showcase on July 21.
