Junior tackle Ethan Calloway enjoying rapid recruiting rise
The rapid rise of Mooresville (N.C.) Lake Norman junior tackle Ethan Calloway has been one of the big story lines in recruiting this cycle.
The 6-foot-7, 300-pounder has become a hot target since August, and Rivals.com ranks him the No. 11 overall player in the state of North Carolina and the No. 34 tackle in the country in the class of 2024.
Calloway was offered by former NC State offensive line coach John Garrison on Oct. 9, and he was able to meet new coach Garett Tujague on Jan. 20 at the Wolfpack’s Junior Day. However, NC State has a lot more recruiting company these days.
