Pilot Mountain (N.C.) East Surry junior defensive lineman Isaac Washington said it’s a night and day difference from him after going from 265 pounds to 266 this season. It wasn’t so much gaining the pound, but he’s reshaped the weight on his 6-foot-4 frame, and colleges have noticed.
