ROCK HILL, S.C. — Kinston (N.C.) High has a long legacy of star basketball players, and Keyshawn Herring has the opportunity to be next in line.

Herring is a blur in the open court at point guard, with shiftiness and can finish in traffic with great body control at 6-foot-1. His jumper is good enough to keep a defense honest.
