FORT MILL, S.C. — Defensive end Seth Tillman is one of the top young prospects coming up in Rock Hill, S.C.

The Rock Hill South Pointe sophomore was offered by NC State on May 6 by defensive line coach Charley Wiles and assistant defensive line coach Elisha Shaw.
