NC State coach Dave Doeren knows offensive football at its simplest form can be pitch and catch and to avoid ill-timed penalties.
Doeren said the squad went back to the basics during some bye-week practices in preparation to get back on track in playing Clemson at 2 p.m. Saturday on the CW Network.
