Wyoming defensive end Sabastian Harsh entered the transfer portal on March 14, and by this past weekend he had visits set up for NC State and Purdue. The 6-foot-3, 255-pounder came away thoroughly impressed and verbally committed to NC State on Saturday and he signed Sunday.
