Scouting report:
• Good-sized receiver.
• Shows great hand-eye coordination on film.
• Does not have great speed and may project as a possession receiver in college.
2017 projection:
Fisher is fairly polished for a receiver, even if he does not have great top-end speed. The biggest challenge he faces to getting on the field is simply a crowded room of talented wide receivers coming back. Thus he is a likely redshirt.
