NC State will be aiming to beef up its quarterback recruiting board after revamping the offensive staff.

New quarterbacks coach Kurt Roper and offensive coordinator Robert Anae, who will also coach the tight ends and inside receivers, have set their sights on Phoenix (Ariz.) Sunnyslope junior Luke Moga. NC State offered him Wednesday, and he’s interested in taking a future unofficial visit, maybe during spring football.
