Charlotte (N.C.) Chambers High junior wide receiver Kevin Concepcion definitely feels the love from NC State.

Concepcion returned to NC State on March 25 for an unofficial visit, and the vibe proved to be a good one. He said NCSU will be in his top 5-6 schools when it is time to set up official visits.
