Columbus (Texas) High senior running back Grayson Rigdon was planning to pick a college Monday — and he still might — but a new contender has shaken up his recruitment.

NC State running backs coach Todd Goebbel offered Rigdon a scholarship Tuesday, and that has put a twist in his recruitment.
