Among the biggest success stories of NC State's fall has been the Wolfpack volleyball team, which under second-year head coach Linda Hampton-Keith is 14-2 in the ACC and in a three-way tie for first place in the conference with Louisville and Pittsburgh.
NC State has already defeated the Panthers this year and will be at Louisville on Friday.
Hampton-Keith sat down with The Wolfpacker editors Matt Carter and Jacey Zembal to talk about her program, the most memorable aspect of the team's five-set home win over UNC, why she took the job at NC State and how well she has gotten to know Thurl Bailey, legendary former NCSU basketball player and father of senior volleyball player Bree Bailey.
