NC State makes strong impression on Isaiah Neal
Junior defensive lineman Isaiah Neal was initially a skeptic about how he’d fit into NC State’s 3-3-5 defensive scheme.
The 6-foot-2, 265-pound Neal needed to see with his own eyes, which he did at the NC State spring game April 9. The Baltimore (Md.) St. Frances standout now has a better understanding of defensive coordinator and linebackers coach Tony Gibson’s scheme.
