NC State will have its first outdoor live scrimmage Thursday at Carter-Finley Stadium.
NCSU coach Dave Doeren said last week's scrimmage ended up at the indoor facility due to rainy weather. He talked about what he hopes to see in the outdoor scrimmage, with opening night fast approaching against Western Carolina on Aug. 29.
