Local standout Quinton Cypher lands NC State offer at camp
Raleigh Millbrook linebacker Quinton Cypher had a fabulous freshman year and capped it with an offer from hometown NC State at camp Saturday.
The 6-foot-2, 215-pound Cypher has had a big last week with Duke and NC State offering him, to go along with Troy and Charlotte.
Cypher was hoping he’d get offered by NC State soon, having grown up a Wolfpack fan.
