Recruiter of record:

Wide receivers coach George McDonald

Quotable:

“Hart is an undersized but athletic linebacker. His speed and quickness allows you to move him around and take advantage of his athletic ability. He can come up and play the run or drop into coverage and cover a receiver or a tight end.” — Elite Scouting Services

Scouting report:

• Athletic linebacker with good explosiveness.

• Well-schooled at one of the premier high school football programs in the nation.

• Needs to get bigger and stronger.

2017 projection:

Hart will have an opportunity to get into the mix on the linebacker depth chart with the loss of two senior starters, but he will be in the mix with some promising young linebackers and thus may be a likely candidate to redshirt.
