NC State coach Sidney Lowe was appreciative of the 2,217 fans that attended Saturday's home game against North Carolina Central.

Lowe knew his team might not come out fired up, and the results weren't pretty for most of the first half. The intensity turned up after halftime, and the Wolfpack cruised to a 77-42 victory against the Eagles.

The Wolfpacker talked to Lowe, junior center Tracy Smith and freshman power forward Richard Howell, following the game.
