Recruiter of record:
• Safeties coach and co-special teams coordinator Clayton White
Quotable:
"They'll be getting a dynamic running back, who can catch passes out of the backfield. He is a big, powerful runner. He is a better person, who is a great kid and everybody wants to pull for him. He has overcome a lot in his life." - Princeton head coach Derrick Minor
Scouting report:
• Has the complete physical tool-set to be a feature back in the ACC.
• Has combination of size and speed that powerhouse schools covet.
• Relatively new to football (played only three years) and will need to adjust to step up in competition from small schools of rural North Carolina.
2015 projection:
While it is not a lock that Frasier will be playing this fall for the Pack, especially considering NC State returns its top two running backs from last year's squad in senior Shadrach Thornton and junior Matt Dayes, it is hard to imagine someone of Frasier's talent not suiting up early and seeing playing time.
