• At the Nike Camp in New Jersey was 6-foot-2, 189 pounds … Was laser-timed at 5.00 seconds in the 40-yard dash and 4.46 seconds in the shuttle … Also registered a 32.0-foot power ball throw and a 28.7-inch vertical leap for an overall rating of 65.86.
Stats:
• Senior: Completed 152 of 246 passes (61.8 percent) for 2,863 yards and 31 scores with seven picks, and ran 36 times for 344 yards and four more touchdowns.
• Junior: Was 198-of-316 passing (62.7 percent) for 3,688 yards and 48 touchdowns with just four picks, and ran 21 times for 123 yards and three TDs.
• Sophomore: Completed 181 of 284 passes (63.7 percent) for 2,605 yards and 23 touchdowns with eight interceptions, and rushed nine times for 56 yards and four scores.

This all depends on what redshirt junior quarterback Ryan Finley decides to do. If Finley returns, then Leary is probably a lock to redshirt barring injuries. If Finley leaves, Leary will get thrown into the competition.
