Game times set for first three games

The ACC announced kickoff times for the first three games of the 2013 season today, and NC State will make a pair of primetime appearances early in Dave Doeren's tenure as the head coach.
The Wolfpack will play their first game under Doeren at 12:30 p.m. with the Aug. 31 tilt against Louisiana Tech broadcast on the AC Network.

The following week, NC State will welcome Richmond to Carter-Finley Stadium with a 6 p.m. kickoff. That game, which will be played on Sept. 7, will also serve as the annual Military Appreciation Day and the non-conference contest will be broadcast on ESPN3.
Following an off week, the Pack will open its ACC slate with a home tilt against Clemson, which will be nationally televised on ESPN. The Sept. 19 contest will kickoff at 7:30 p.m., and it will mark the first time that the Pack's ACC opener has been played at home since 2006.
In addition to the three aforementioned opponents, the Pack will also host Central Michigan (Sept. 28), Syracuse (Oct. 12), North Carolina (Nov. 2), East Carolina (Nov. 23) and Maryland (Nov. 30).
In total, NC State will host eight home games during the 2013 campaign, and they will leave the state of North Carolina just twice - when they play Florida State on Oct. 26 and Boston College on Nov. 16.
