Wolfpack schedule review

As NC State makes their way through the 2012 season, The Wolfpacker will take a look back each week to see how NC State's opponents have fared with their respective schedules. Here's a recap through Oct. 24 for the Pack's 2012 opponents.

Tennessee (3-5, 0-5 in SEC)

Aug. 31 at Georgia Dome in Atlanta (Tennessee 35, NC State 21)

The good: Tennessee hung with No. 17 South Carolina on the road but fell 38-35. Quarterback Tyler Bray was impressive with 368 passing yards and four touchdowns. This was also the last game of an incredibly brutal stretch on the schedule

The bad: Despite knocking South Carolina star running back Marcus Lattimore out of the game with a gruesome knee injury, Tennessee still gave up 510 total yards on defense, including 363 yards from a S.C. passing attack that has been anemic at times this year.

Passing - Tyler Bray: 171 of 287 for 2,282 yards, 20 touchdowns, 10 interceptions
