NC State football picked up some good news Sunday at the conclusion of a significant official visit weekend on campus.

Three-star offensive lineman Josh Fedd-Jackson and three-star linebacker Louis Acceus from St. Joseph Regional in Montvale, N.J., went to twitter to announce their verbal commitments to NC State.

The 6-foot-3, 325-pound Fedd-Jackson had previously taken an official visit to Illinois in December, and had scheduled a trip to Rutgers next weekend. Minnesota had also recently jumped in with a scholarship offer. However, he had hinted last week in an interview with The Wolfpacker that he could make his decision this weekend.

Fedd-Jackson is rated by Rivals.com the No. 27 senior offensive guard in the country and No. 15 prospect in New Jersey's 2017 class. He made the NJ.com all-state team.

Acceus is the No. 55 senior outside linebacker nationally and one spot ahead of Fedd-Jackson in the New Jersey ratings by Rivals.com.

Acceus had an active senior season. He made 101 tackles on defense, including 14 for loss and 6.5 sacks. He added five quarterback hurries, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and an interception for 9-2 St. Joseph Regional. Offensively, Acceus ran 150 times for 862 yards and nine scores. USA Today named him second-team All-USA.

NJ.com named Acceus the state's defensive player of the year. The two helped lead St. Joseph Regional to a non-public Group 3 state title and No. 1 team ranking in the state.

The two were recruited by Wolfpack offensive line coach/run game coordinator Dwayne Ledford.
