Ruff taking time to think after UVa's camp
Norfolk (Va.) Norview High School defensive tackle Klinton Ruff (6-foot-4, 298 pounds, 4.98 seconds) is one of the top players in the state for 2008. Virginia, Virginia Tech and East Carolina were quick to offer the talented two-way lineman. Oklahoma followed suit last month and several other programs are considering doing the same. Ruff finished up UVa's four-day camp Wednesday. Is he close to making a decision?
"The camp was a great experience for me. I had the chance to really work with the defensive line coaches at Virginia and see how they run things," said Ruff. "Mike London and Levern Belin are intense guys and they are looking to get the most out of the guys that line up for them. The camp was run like we were preparing for a game. It was fun but at the same time serious. I got a real good feel for the staff while I was there."
