Keys to the game - revisited: Virginia

NC State came out flat and never recovered in its 33-6 loss to Virginia. Here are The Wolfpacker's keys to the game - revisited.

Rebound from last week

What we wrote: Blowing a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter against rival North Carolina was a disheartening turn of events for the Wolfpack, but that game is over and done with and they must move on. Coach Tom O'Brien said earlier this week that his team is a mad one, and as long as they don't play so emotional that they lose focus or discipline, that should be a good thing on Saturday.

The Wolfpack has been pretty good at rebounding from losses in the past couple of years, and they are 10-1 after a loss since the beginning of the 2010 season. O'Brien has also noted that no team in the league has played at home as few times as NC State's three tilts in Raleigh, so playing in front of the Red and White-clad fans at Carter-Finley will also be a welcomed change. The team hasn't played at home since the upset of Florida State, and they are 14-2 in Raleigh since the start of 2010.
