Eagles still hard after Jasudowich
Cory Jasudowich has had an offer from Boston College since he was a sophomore at Cheshire Academy (Conn.) and the Eagles are still coming after him hard.
That kind of attention isn't easily lost on a prospect and the 6-foot-2, 235-pound linebacker said it has meant a lot to see how badly the Eagles want him.
"Coach (Mike) Siravo and Coach Spaz send me mail all the time and a lot of it is personal written letters," he explained. "Those are the main guys I've been talking with and they've been real good to me so far. I really think we've got a good relationship.
"They offered me my sophomore year. The last time I was up there was for a spring practice a few weeks ago. I plan to make another trip up there to see what's going on. I'll probably also be going up to the camp to show them what I've got. Obviously they like me since they offered me."
Jasudowich said he is also in contact with schools like UConn, Maryland, Notre Dame, Rutgers, Penn State, Iowa and UMass.
"I'm going to be making a list of schools I want to visit soon," he noted.
"Right now I wouldn't say any schools are sticking out but I definitely do like Boston College and UConn was very nice. I really loved Penn State when I was there, too. I wouldn't say I have any favorites but those schools have made an impression."
